Bio with the Company:
Did not know anything about the Group until being introduced by Ma Pau's Marketing Manager in August of last year. Since then having been introduced to key people within the Company, I feel very comfortable and secure knowing it is a vibrant, growing conglomerate.

Greatest accomplishment in the Company:
Actually there are a few already, motivating a disoriented and de-motivated staff. Formalizing a new food and cocktail menu. Reducing debts and increasing sales, securing profits and satisfying customers.

Motivation:
People said it was too difficult to get done and that my style of management would not work.

Goals:
To see the Company debt free. To see present staff attain growth in their personel and Company lines and to make Sweet Lime a household and international name.

What is the direction of your Dept/Company?
To become debt free, to attain #1 customer service satisfaction in Trinidad and to secure profits for the owner.
