Sunny Group of Companies began in Barbados in 1981 as a distributor of educational books. The educational business has expanded over the years to include the distribution and creation of multimedia products on three continents. Sunny Group is now one of the top 4 worldwide distributors of home reference books.

The Group has expanded and continues to penetrate numerous markets and now has Divisions in Education, Distribution/Retail, Leisure, Finance, Property Management, Manufacturing and Advertising.

• Since 1986 the Group's Leisure Division has owned and operated land-based casinos. Licenses are held in 5 countries on two continents. This division has expanded to include restaurants, discothčques, slot machine route operations and Internet websites. In 1996 Sunny was one of the first to open a casino on the Internet.

• Another recent addition to the Leisure Division is the acquisition of exclusive rights for Hotel Exclusive Membership in the Caribbean. The Exclusive License agreement dated as of January 21st, 2003, is entered into by and between Hotel Express, International.

The integration of our group's computer, Internet and casino expertise, ensures that we can deliver to our customers, the most up-to-date technology and customer service in this exciting and dynamic cyber world.

• The Finance Division is headquartered in Goa, India and specializes in credit card fraud control systems and e-cash processing software. The division also supervises Group Companies' credit exposure and management worldwide.
  

• The Advertising division specializes in Internet marketing. Having an early start in the field enabled us to become a leader with offices in LA, Hong Kong and the Caribbean. Recent expansion into the world of advertising has manifested itself through Sunny Slot ADWIN, which allows for advertisers to achieve ultimate brand identification associated with winning.
  
  

• The Property Management Division is concerned mainly with the in-house management of Group Company properties and rentals.
  
  

• The Distributing and Retail Division supplies West Indian and African craft products to retail outlets. In China, Internet Kiosks are manufactured for sale to third parties and for distribution to school and libraries, etc.
  
  

• In the face of technological revolution, the Sunny Group of Companies has continued to align itself with innovative ideas and developments.
