Bio to the Company: 30 years in the casino business since 1975. All positions from dealer to casino manager and gaming manager. Worked in England, Spain, Holland, Puerto Rico, Aruba, Bahamas, South Africa, Botswana

AT Sunny Much of my time is spent on statistical analysis of the live gaming and machines as well as procedures and records. As you probably know - I joined the company almost by accident - as someone was needed to train people to deal the games when Kings Casino was getting ready to open. I was in Botswana - and was introduced to JW there by a mutual acquaintance. After that training period - I stayed on almost as a technical advisor for a while - also on occasions I was required to look after the casino - as well as updating the procedure manual and training the Surveillance staff.

I was then invited by JW to visit Trinidad to have a look at some of the rest of the company. Again a little training was done with the staff here.

The addition of machine statistics also coincided with the growth of the company into the club machines business.

We are currently - and are always - looking for opportunities to expand the gaming interests - having recently been looking at a couple of opportunities in Southern Africa as well as Europe.

My department - loosely called Audit - is less to do with financials - and more to do with systems. When I first came to Trinidad and started working with Claudia and latterly with Cindy and CJ, putting in the systems was a long and arduous process. Though having done so - it is gratifying to note that a completely new location has been opened - and the same systems have been installed. So what was difficult in the past - is not so anymore. So at the very least - some of my goals have been achieved already.

Further goals - include the further growth of locations - here and abroad.

Personal goal - to acquire a Mercedes G500.

Inspiration for new employees - We are in an industry where service is everything - OWN THE PROBLEM.
